For this Client Klaviyo and Facebook Case Study, we caught up with Justine, Matt, and adorable CEO Airlie who are the proud owners of DoggyTopia and who have been faithful clients of BidPixel for over a year. We asked them how they were travelling and what their onboarding journey with BidPixel was like.

Before working with BidPixel Justine, Matt and Airlie tried working with several different agencies, however, they found they couldn’t find an agency that understood who they were as a business.

With BidPixels’ help and guidance Justine, Matt and Airlie were able to see that their goals of growing and expanding their business were achievable. The guidance with Klaviyo-email marketing automation, Facebook and google ads allowed DoggyTopia to be on top of all new trends and changes as well as providing them time to concentrate on other parts of the business.

Over the short period of three months, DoggyTopia were able to see some great results, and over a year their results were doubling with the inclusion of their business expanding. We have had an amazing time working and being part of this adventure with DoggyTopia and we look forward to what we can do in the coming future with them.
