It’s 2021, and here at BidPixel, we have big plans moving forward. As a boutique agency, we have seen exponential growth over the last 12 months and want a special type of person to join us on the next phase of our journey. 

We are looking for a special “Google” person to join our team of legends as an Account Manager! The question is, is that person you?

If you are:

  • Experienced in Google advertising? 
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook advertising (handy but not essential)

About you

You love digital advertising, like really love it, and you’re able to operate at a mid-advanced level due to your previous experience creating awesome client outcomes. You’re dedicated, driven, passionate, and have at least 2 years of experience managing paid search campaigns for clients either within an agency or internally for the company you work for. Facebook Ads, Google Ads; GDN, Shopping, etc, are all second nature to you because you’re awesome!

You are looking for the opportunity to work from home and are confident in your ability to focus and have a dedicated workspace in the home. 

You care about achieving great results for clients and are invested in their success as much as ours.

You’ll need to be quick-witted and be able to bring you’re A-Game to the Slack banter!


The Role

Overall, the role is to develop, execute and manage client and company paid ads campaigns that directly result in leads and sales. 



  • Create and develop client & company ad campaigns that result in leads and sales.
  • Develop, manage and optimize comprehensive paid ad campaigns
  • Understand funnels and digital marketing strategies for all client campaigns
  • Work with the Account Management team & at times with clients, to devise in-depth ad strategies to increase brand awareness or promote the sale of their goods and services
  • Setup, manage and optimise ad campaigns on time and within budget
  • Brief and coordinate design elements of campaigns
  • Provide strategic recommendations & briefs for landing pages to support the advertising campaign
  • Tag & audience management
  • Write persuasive direct response ad copy that engages & sells with high QS
  • Assist strategically with new and existing client campaigns by researching the marketplace and making recommendations on trends therein
  • Advising the Company and clients on potential opportunities for growth in other marketing channels that may be available
  • Assist in leading the growth of the Paid Search division through innovation and results.
  • Keep your finger on the trends of the Paid Search industry to identify opportunities within Paid Search for the benefit of both the Company and its clients.
  • Monitor the status of ads and make adjustments to improve the overall campaign performance.
  • Audience research, audience building, and ad creation
  • Audit and optimize new & existing ad campaigns to ensure KPIs are met such as budget spend, timelines, CPL, CPA, ROI, and ROAS – both short and long term.
  • Prepare recommendations and report to management and clients
  • Update clients via weekly emails, calls, and reports on the current status of accounts, successes, and strategy moving forward. Respond to all communications in a timely manner



  • 2+ years experience and knowledge of online funnel marketing strategies
  • Minimum 2 years Facebook Ads mastery
  • Knowledge of testing practices
  • Very organized and loves utilizing project management tools
  • Ability to have a big picture view while executing and managing details
  • A die-hard commitment to achieving results
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to mine data to inform decisions
  • You prefer working with a driven agency, where we’re always testing, and data is king
  • Must be flexible with weekly schedule, adaptable, and willing to take on multiple priorities
  • You are an Australian citizen, or you have a valid right to work Visa
