Jasmin and Ben at From Zion partnered with BidPixel since October 2020 and ever since then, the sky’s been the limit. Starting their business on the kitchen table back in 2013, they had no idea it would be the start of a successful business in the making. After buying a leather jacket from an op shop, cutting it up, and sewing their first pair of moccasins, they noticed there was a small demand for their products. 1 Sold-Out 100 piece product drop later, Ben and Jasmin are now managing a small family and a successful business given to them from the heavens.

Oh, by the way, that’s exactly what ‘FROM ZION’ means – from HEAVEN.

 

HOW WE DID IT

31 flows, 8 for a loyalty program

Here at BidPixel, We achieved this through the set up of 31 flows, 8 of which are email flows for a loyalty program that has been custom designed for From Zion. The 31 flows also included 2 profile enrichment flows to facilitate the program, as well as a collection of push notification automation to complement their app.
By using Klaviyo’s flow feature, we were able to facilitate various profile enrichment options in order to set up custom triggers.

For Example: When a customer abandons the Checkout Process without purchasing, a trigger is alerted to this action and an email will automatically be sent to the customer to remind them of the items left at checkout.

Abandon Cart automation has made up 87.4% of the revenue from automation flows, with Abandoned Checkout, Welcome and Post Fulfilled Winback flows driving the most passive revenue for Jasmin and Ben’s business.

Creating a loyalty program for their customers was a big goal of Jasmin and Ben. Through our innovative use of Klaviyos already existing CRM system – we could consolidate the data collected by the loyalty program which made it easier to track metrics and keep all of From Zions’ Customer Data within one platform. This customer retention strategy not only provides another stream of possible revenue, but it also focuses on customer satisfaction and creating a great customer experience for their loyal customers.

Taking into consideration the cost of our Klaviyo Setup Service and the monthly Klaviyo Platform fees, since working with BidPixel, From Zion is achieving over a 20X Return on Investment from the setup of Klaviyo Automation Flows and Triggers Alone.
