They can also get more job satisfaction because they are doing something they really enjoy. There is something great when a manager or boss trusts you enough to not only invest in your skills but also values what you bring to their business.
With regards to having the time developing your teams’ skills, it doesn’t take much. The biggest hurdle is allowing them the time. There is a plethora of online videos and courses that are easily available and are relatively inexpensive and some of them are even for FREE like Google Certification courses, Facebook Blueprint and Hubspot Inbound Certifications to name a few.
